tiremax starts there managers out at $600 a week salary working 10 hr days 5 days a week. profit sharing is a joke you get as much as owner mr Wilkerson doesnt need that month . i am a former manager for 2 years and left because tire max is so bad to there employees they have a crazy turn around rate on management.
Tiremax of North America typical base salary is 40k-60k a year plus bonus. Tiremax offers a comprehensive salary benefits package. I have personally enjoyed working at Tiremax for 8 years. Its fun but hard work. Like any job you get out of it what you put in it.
