A DEN LEADER who runs each den (den is smaller group of boys based on age/grade). The Cubmaster is the main "face" of the pack (the pack is ALL the boys) who runs the Pack meetings, which are held 1 per month. The Cubmaster works with a Committee Chair to run the entire pack. The pack also has Committee Members who assist the Committee Chair with planning.
