Yes, the SanDisk e280 can display Chinese songs, provided that the file names and ID3 tags are encoded in a compatible format, such as UTF-8. If the songs are properly tagged, the device should be able to display the titles and artist names in Chinese characters. However, the display may vary depending on the firmware version and the specific encoding used in the music files.
If you deleted this by mistake like I did, you will find this answer very helpful.First off,Download this programhttp://www.infosys.tuwien.ac.at/staff/cp/playlist_creator.zipIt is a free playlist creator which creates a Playlist for every directory in the MUSIC folder of your E280.If you don't want a playlist for every directory, that is fine, but when the program runs, it recreates the original Go List.plp file. Then you can simply cancel, or delete the excess playlists from the PLAYLISTS folder of your E280.P.S. Make sure to read the readme file for the playlist creator

This is probably because you are loading songs on it that have formats the MP3 player itself cannot read. Read the manual for your MP3 player thoroughly. It should explain what file types it supports- e.g., wma, MP3, ram, whatever.. When you download songs, be sure it is saving it as the correct file format, that which is compatible with your MP3 player. If your MP3 player came with some form of conversion software, it may require its own file format. This means you will have to convert the song you want into the MP3 player's format within the software, before you can transfer it to the MP3 player. Many extensive ones like iPod's, Sandisk e280's, etc. do require it. If nothing else, contact the manufacturer and ask some questions. They will be able to help you step by step.
A Sandisk Sansa e200 series, including e280, e270, e260 and e250 will only accept a micro sd card. If the device is a v1, it can only accept a card that is NOT HD. The v2 version will take HD. You can install a third party firmware on the v1 and that will alow you to use micro SDHC cards to 32gb. For more information, go to www.rockbox.org

You can download the Sansa Media Converter to put movies successfully on your player. There is a like to it under the "Related Links" below.
According to http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/SansaC200Port and http://www.rockbox.org/twiki/bin/view/Main/SansaE200Port every Sansa in the e 200 and s 200 line works except those that are Rhapsody or have firmware version 2. So as long as it's not Rhapsody I think your fine, because I think you may be able to download downgrade firmware. You might have to call Sansa's customer service line though. Just say you liked the old firmware on your friends better or something. It looks like Nextag has some good deals. Here's the website, you may want to try it: http://www.nextag.com/Sandisk-Sansa-e280-8GB-536768677/prices-html Good luck and congrats on realizing how much better alternative firmware is.

To remove the timing cover on a Mercedes-Benz E280, first, ensure the engine is cool, then disconnect the battery. Remove any necessary components obstructing the cover, such as belts, pulleys, and the harmonic balancer. Next, unbolt the timing cover, ensuring to keep track of all fasteners, and gently pry it off, taking care not to damage any gaskets or seals. Reinstall in reverse order, ensuring proper torque specifications and sealing surfaces.
