the files you downloaded should be in a folder in the "my music" file that is titled "iTunes" to get it on the zen you need to convert if needed the music files into mp3 or wma do this by getting a free converter on download.com once converted you should be able to transfer the files to your zen.
Creative Zen devices have huge problems with software. Be careful dealing with this substandard overpriced device. There are far superior lower priced alternatives available.
