How do you change email on ipod touch?

My husband changed my email and password on my apple iPod when he was drunk and now i cant get in to anything how do i reset everything its not working when i hold dow the home &&& power button plz help

Go to settings scroll down to mail,contacts and something else then delete account but it doesn't actually delete it , it removes It then go back to mail and it will be back to what it was before without and account on it :)

It's super simple! All you have to do is go to settings, click on Mail, Contacts, and Calendar! Next once the page loads, scroll down to the bottom and click delete account! It's as easy as that!
