A few different DISH Network remote codes for your Sanyo TV that you can try & one should successfully program your remote are, 590, 090, 720, or 683.
Depending upon the remote, our remotes have either a TV/Video, TV/Video/Input, or Input buttons. This button will cycle through the inputs on your TV when the remote is programmed to control the TV.
Depending on which DISH remote you have, the remote has a TV/Video/Input or Input button (newer remotes) below the SAT or TV buttons at the top of the remote. When you press this button, while in TV mode, it will cycle through the different inputs on your TV. Most boxes have buttons to do it the old way until you get a universal remote
In the bottom left corner of your DISH Network remote there will be a button with an asterisk on it (*.) You will press that button until the screen is formatted to what you desire.

A dish remote is just like a universal remote, you can start it by entering your code to your television manually, do an automatic search scan, or by simply following the the instructions by your service provider.
You can program your DISH remote to work on your TV and other electronic components but unless you have codes or instructions on how to a universal remote to the receiver, we don't have codes specifically to operate in that manner. I would contact the manufacturer of your remote.
The codes we here at DISH Network have & would use to attempt to program the DISH Network remote with your Olevia TV would be, 506 or 127.
To get a universal remote to work with a Dish receiver on a secondary TV, first ensure the remote is compatible with Dish systems. Then, follow the pairing instructions, typically by pressing and holding the "TV" button until it lights up, entering the appropriate code for Dish (found in the remote's manual), and testing the remote functions. If the initial code doesn’t work, try other codes listed for Dish until you find one that successfully controls the receiver. Finally, remember to set the remote to the correct mode for the TV.
