The first thing you need to do is plug in your iPod. Then you need to delete the songs you want to delete from your ipod from your iTunes music library. You do that by clicking on the song (make sure it's highlighted) and then pressing the delete button on your keyboard. Once you are finished that, there is a bar of selections on the left side of your screen on itunes. You go down to "DEVICES" and double click on your ipod. It should come to this page that says the name of your ipod. When you get to that page there is another bar of selections on the top of the screen. Click on the music selection. Then you click "Sync Music" and then you click "Entire Music Library", and then anything else you want to select. Then at the bottom of the screen on the right, there is a button that says "Sync". Click that button, and wait until it is done syncronizing. The songs you wanted deleted should be gone. If not, sorry I couldn't help you.
# You connect iPod to computer. # Go onto iTunes. # Go to the folder where you can edit your iPod. # Go to your songs. # Click on the song you want removed, and click delete (on your keyboard). Hope this helps! P.S. The songs will not be removed from your iTunes library.

To get your songs onto your new iPod Shuffle, first connect it to your computer and open iTunes (or Finder on macOS Catalina and later). If your purchased songs are in your iTunes library, they will automatically sync if you set your iPod to sync with your library. For your own songs, you can drag and drop them into your iTunes library and then sync them to your iPod Shuffle. Make sure to create a playlist if you want to organize your songs before syncing.
