its easy. you just go to the app store, tap the free app you want. then you tap "free" on the i pod and then yap it again. it will ask you for your iTunes password. type it in and now you have the app. this is also the way you get apps that cost money except the "free" icon is the price

sorry dude you have to pay unless you buy the lite version which is almost always free with the lite version you won't be able to do as much though most apps come in a lite verdsion but it's usually games that have it another thing you can do is wait for a while because sometimes prices will go down but be warned they can also go up
