Remove the covers from your 1997 Chevrolet rear speakers. Remove the speaker retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the speakers. Reverse the process to install the new speakers.

According to crutchfield.com my 1995 Chevy c/k 1500 extended cab pickup has 4"x6" speakers in the rear pillar but you can fit a 4" with a bracket of course
rear cab speakers are usually 5x8s or 3x6 front dash speakers are 5" i think its been awhile.
6 3/4" speakers front and rear in a four door 2004 Chevy Colorado.
Pay someone else to do it!
4x6" speakers in the dash. 6 1/2" round speakers in the doors and 3x10" or 3x12" in rear panels if ext cab
crew cab door speakers are 6.5"
I know that in my 1995 s-10 ext. cab I have: 4x6 on the dash61/2 in the doors4x10 in the rear pillars Charlie in N.Y.
I replaced my rear speakers in my 05 Silverado on a cool morning. I wiggled my hand in behind the trim to loosten the snaps and ended up cracking the cover in a few places. I want to replace this piece but I can not find it on the net anywhere. Any ideas?
