Well, that depends on how many GBs your iPod can hold and how many GBs of stuff you have on it. To find out how much free space you have left connect you ipod to your computer and open itunes. When it is done syncing click on your ipod in the left column you should see an illustration at the bottom of this page that shows you how much free space you have left.
Yes you can, if you don't want her songs to go onto your ipod, then when you sync your ipod, go to the page where you can see how much memory is left on your ipod, at the bottome of the page, click manually manage music and then go to music up at the top, and click sync music. Then you can choose what playlists you want to put on your ipod...hope this helps!!!
songs might not be seen on an ipod, but in itunes if you did not sync them to the ipod. or if you synced it and still no songs, you might need to update your version of itunes
The Outlook calendar should sync with the iPod Touch but sometimes something can interfere with the syncing. Apple support has a page of advice on the subject. (See links below)
Click on your ipod when itunes is open (if your using itunes) you see the summary tab that it's in. Then you see iPod, version, and options. Under options you can select what you want to happen with the functions and when you manage you music.
You can move your iTunes music library from a Windows computer to a Mac without losing any of your songs. (See links below)
If you have iTunes, Go on and make sure your plug for your iPod is on. this is also /deleting songs./ now, go to music and you will see a list. If there is not 'My device' you need to install something before going on iTunes. Anyway, You go to your music list, and uncheck songs you don't want on your iPod. After, re-plug in your iPod plug, then it should Sync. After, the songs you don't want are gone. ;) If you do not want songs to continue to go on your Ipod.... then uncheck the songs that you do not want to be on there.
Plug your iPod into your computer and open iTunes. On side menu of iTunes you will see an iPod symbol (this is under Devices, the third category down). Click on the iPod symbol and scroll down to the third category, Options. Click on SYNC ONLY CHECKED SONGS AND VIDEOS. Then go to your iTunes library and un-check all of the songs and/or videos that you do not want on your iPod. This will allow you to keep your iTunes music, but it will take it off your iPod. Or you could just get a duplicatefinder to find and delete the duplicate songs in iTunes, I have a great experience with Cisdem DuplicateFinder, could have a try.
Maybe trying to erase few of your least favorite songs would help. That way there will be more room on your ipod, and it will let you load more songs. :)
The gtkpod software (See links below) is widely used for using an iPod with a Linux system.
