All you have to do is press the Mode button. It will go to the alarm time first, to change the hour (which should be blinking first), press Start until you get to the correct number. You can move to the minute section pressing the Reset button, then use the Start button to get to the wanted number of minutes. Press mode repeatedly until you get to the time of day and then you can do the same (seconds can only go back to :00). Also do this for the date. When you have the correct time press Mode again and you will get back to the normal time of day screen.
