Traditional way:
Just like I promised in the Mac post, here it is:
- Connect the iPod to your PC.
- Go to Control Panel > Portable Media Devices > iPod.
- Go to Tools > Options.
- In the View tab, check "Show Hidden Files & Folders".
- Navigate to the music folder.
- Select all music folders, drag & drop them into a folder on your hard drive.
Now, be aware of the fact that the folder structure will be strange and obscure, so to fix this, move your files into iTunes and set it to organize your files.
How would you do that? Easy.
- Go to Edit > Preferences.
- In the advanced tab, check "Keep iTunes Music Folder Organized"
if you mean like you bought songs on your iPod and they were never on your PC than plug your iPod in, hit sync, and it should ask if you would like to transfer the items on you iPod to your computer so hit transfer

Depending on what format your songs are in, it should most likely be able to transfer onto your iPod.
Convert them first. if the songs format is not right, you have to convert first.

You just have to transfer the songs from one iPod to an iTunes library, and then transfer those songs in the library to the other iPod.
