you cant, if you forgot the password you have to restore the iPod to factory conditions

1010 you stupid S.O.B that didnt work ALL I DID WAS COME TO THE COMPUTER LOOKING FOR A WAY TO UNLOCK MY IPOD AND THIS IS WHAT I GET.
you go to ipod menu then settings then into General then Passcode Lock
to unlock it just plug it into your computer
Try connecting it to your computer and syncing. When I have had a disabled iPod this has worked for me.
if you dont have itunes and u need to unlock your ipod you will need to download i tunes and make an account or log in on your computer/laptop
You can hook up your ipod to your computer and click restore. THIS WILL DELETE ALL MUSIC VIDS AND APPS ON UR IPOD.

Connect your iPod to the computer it was connected to the first time and try to restore it. If that doesn't work, go to My Computer on your computer, then select your ipod. Right click on your ipod icon and select format. Formating your ipod through your computer will erase everything, but it will effectively unlock it. does it erase your songs too? *Yes, it erases your songs and videos, but at least your iPod will be unlocked. You can always plug it back into your computer and sync it.
Connect it to your computer and delete the keychain or take it to apple to fix it
