bps means bits per second. bps for ratio and GB for capacity. There is no connection between bps and GB.

But,

8 bits = 1 byte

1024 bytes = 1 MB

1024 MB= 1 GB.

if so 1 GB = 1024*1024*8 bites

= 8,388,608 bits.
