Itouch is not working and the only thing I can do is turn it off and on what do i do?
yeah mine did that, you turn your iPod completely off, then open up iTunes on your computer. When it's opened, hold the home button and plug the cable into the bottom of your iPod (when your iPod's still off). It will bring up the apple logo when your still holding the home button, and it will be recognised on your computer. An image of a lead and the itunes logo will appear on your iPod screen. You can let go of the home button now. A box or something will automatically pop up on itunes after a few seconds, and you can restore it from there. Trust me-it works !! .
