As of this writing, it's not for certain if the Galaxy Note 4 will have parental controls. However, the Samsung Galaxy S5 has those controls in its user interface, so we can assume the Note 4 will also have that same feature. If not, there are third party parental control apps (ex: Kid Mode) that will function much the same way.
There are parental controls that aren't so harsh. Especially for those who believe that their child needs a cell phone for safety. Sprint and Altel already have some parental controls set in the data system that you can control online and others costs anywhere between $10 and $100 per month. In my opinion parentalsoftwear.org is the best place to find one. If you find one for free, let me know! I've been looking too.
You can not just block the swearing at the system level. There are ways using parental controls that you caan block all adult material including swearing by games can be taken off by blocking those games rated for adults completely using parental controls. The parental controls will also block show and movies that may contain adult or mature material. Some games have the ability to reduce blood and gore swearing and other featres and that is done by the options for the game not the system. There are no system except for the volume control that will allow everything to be seen and yet still not hear the swearing.

There are two different factors here. Parental rights are things like visitation and the right to have a say in how the child is raised. You can give those up. Parental responsibilities are things like ensuring that the child is fed, sheltered, and receives adequate medical care. You cannot give those up. So, yes, if you give up your rights to the child, you may still have to pay child support.

AnswerAs mozilla doesn't have parental control you can get through the addon but if you have antivirus you can use parental control for all the browsers.Firefox does not provide parental controls however there is a free add-on available for Firefox that can assist you in controlling the content that is displayed to children.Glubble is an add-on for Firefox that offers control over what sites your children can access. It is designed with children of up to 12 years of age in mind.It is not necessarily a content filtering add-on instead it provides a whitelist of prescreened "kid safe" sites and children are restricted to those sites and any additional ones that you add to the list. You can setup a different profile for each child with different allowed sites ensuring that your child will only be exposed to content that is appropriate for their age.See the related link below for more information.
