make sure the album and artist is spelled correctly, sometimes it depends on the song too, but not usually
right click on the song and click download album cover
if you previously tried to download the album cover with incorrect spelling several times then this may cause iTunes to no longer recognize the file
if you still cant get it to work then just find the album cover online, download it then just edit the song file and set the album picture as the album cover
