Why wont my polaroid touch screen mp3 player work i plug it in to my computer and the file wnt show up on the computer it just charges and ive pressed the reset button it wnt do any good?
all you need to do is press the reset button .it wont delete any music or videos you already have in there.my piolaroid does the same thing.

If that didnt work try on another computer if there is not another computer around try to reboot/restart/shutdown your computer. If your ipod does not install your itunes account or music holder/application might be having trouble. If so try the next day.
