Yes,so long as you use the same computer with itunes. When you first launch itunes you will be required to name your device ( for example, you might name it Max's Ipod). If you get a new i-pod, simply connect the i-pod to the computer where your itunes is stored and box will come up saying something along the lines of " This computer has already been synced with Max's I-pod Device, do you wish to continue using this profile or create a new one?" If you use the same profile all of your stuff will be transferred from your old i-pod to your new one. If you create a new profile all of your stuff will also be transferred except for applications downloaded through the app store ( but if you don't own an i-pod touch or an i-phone this won't affect you)

Connect your iPhone/Pod to your computer/laptop, open iTunes and sync your iPhone/Pod. The apps will then appear in your "applications" tab of iTunes.
plug in computer itunes should pop up and say would you like to register your i pod
