There is no evidence to suggest that Sigmund Freud and C.S. Lewis ever met. Freud was an Austrian neurologist and founder of psychoanalysis, while Lewis was a British writer and theologian known for his works on Christian apologetics and fantasy literature. Their paths did not seem to cross during their lifetimes.
There is no mention in the history books that they ever met. But owing to the fact that Freud was Jewish, leads to the conclusion that such a meeting would never have taken place due to Hitler's paranoia of all Jewish things. Also the fact that Freud was living in exile in England from July 1938 onwards makes it unlikely.
Oh, dude, those are some big names! So, like, J.R.R. Tolkien actually never met Dr. Carl Jung or Dr. Sigmund Freud. Tolkien was busy creating Middle-earth and hanging out with hobbits, elves, and dwarves, while those other guys were doing their own deep thinking stuff. So, no epic crossover there, just different worlds colliding in the realm of history.
