There is no proof they did or didn't. I think the drowned though.
After their escape with frank Morris they went separate ways.They are Still alive today as for Morris he gave up hiding in 2010 and said it was the perfect time.Morris is 83 right now and the anglin brothers John is 81 and the other is 80

Hundreds tried to escape but ended up either being caught or killed, Except 3 inmates who were Frank Morris, Clarence Anglin, and John Anglin. They escaped and built a raft out of raincoats and were never seen agian but were said to make it to Angel Island

On June 11, 1962, Frank Morris, John Anglin and Clarence Anglinescaped the prison as the climax of a very elaborately conceived plan, but several investigations after the fact all came to the conclusion that they never made it to the mainland.

Frank Morris was sent to Alcatraz due to the numerous escape attempts in other prisons.
In all, 36 men made a total of 14 escape attempts during Alcatraz's history. Of these, 23 were caught, six were shot and killed during their escape and two drowned. The remaining five (including Morris and the Anglins) went missing and were presumed drowned
