Poe had three known residences in New York City (but not all at the same time): two in Manhattan, and one in the Bronx (just north of Manhattan). The first was a third floor room on West 3rd Street, on the corner of Cedar and Greenwich. The building is still standing, and apparently people are still living there. The building is also the site of a pub called O'Hara's. Poe moved in there with his wife Virginia in April 1844.
The second is on West 84th Street, between Broadway and West End, which is now called Edgar Allan Poe Street. Poe moved in there only months after leaving the room on West 3rd; the exact date is not known. The original structure, a place called the Brennan Mansion, is no longer standing, but the site now houses a restaurant called Cafe Edgar's.
In May 1846 Poe and his wife moved into a house in the Bronx (just north of Manhattan), and it is still standing. It's in the middle of a park called Poe Park. You can also take a tour of it (it's a tiny, tiny house, so it's a very short tour). I have included a link to the official website for the Edgar Allan Poe Cottage.
