Sincerely thanks for answer. I am sure you wanted to give me fast answer and overlooked that I ask for Fyodor Dostoyevski not Lav Tolstoy(who wrote War and Peace). For Lav Tolstoy is exactly as you said: it is not clear. Lodges in Serbia on their presentations have Tolstoy in famous masons and long time it was considered that he was, because of detailed scenes of initiation. But I suppose masonic writer would not give such clear expose? Similar it was with Dostoyevski. He had some very direct references about masonry, but he also had to many expressions referring to lightness(like other famous writers which definitely were Freemasons-Gubran, Goethe, Viktor Igo, Mark Twain...) and on macro level Brothers Karamazov an The Demons it is not about monotheistic dualism(good vs. evil) it is quite similar with zoroartristic and khabhalistic views on world that in our-times are part of Freemasons learning(correct me if I wrong). Please can you direct me on places where your brothers who are researching about classic writers would not mind to give me more detailed answers because I have much harder questions(for example was Yevgeniy Zamyatin freemason?). I see you are expert (among others)for military history and I am sure you would give me much detailed explanation if I ask same thing for Garibaldy or Tadeus Kosciuszko. It is very fair because you declared yourself and I supose it would be correct from me tell that I am not Freemason or potential candidate. And yes, I know my english is terrible.
