Yeah! You bet he was smart! I mean apart from the cleverly written Horror, mystery, humor, (yes, i know humor, read "The Spectacles" it is hilarious) and satire, he was one of the best in his class. And surprisingly made records in athletics!

He was actually a genius.

Probably around 220 in modern day science studies. considering the fact they said he was a bird that never stopped singing means his mind couldn't stop thinking. this guys brain was a virtual machine. the only reason he's not to be considered like Einstein is for his early departure from our world.
