Anne thought her best character trait was her self-honesty, and she was correct in that.
She was a girl that wanted to be an author that lived in world war II and she wrote a diary. After the war her father (Otto Frank) survived and published the diary as a best selling book. Anne Frank hid for over two years with her mother, father and sister margot. They were also joined by the Van Pels and a dentist. Anne called her diary kitty and wrote in it frequently, she had many things to talk about in her diary. Untill they were discovered by the natzi's the diary always ketp by anne. When they were found, the diary was left behind. Miep ( a good friend of the Franks) found the diary and kept it safe until Otto Frank received to from her and pubished it into a best selling book.
Hannah Goslar was her true real best Friend I no for sure I read the diary if Anne frank and another book called memmories of Anne frank it's Hannah Goslar telling it it's her reflections so yes Hannah Goslar is Anne franks best friend!
It's not that you HAVE to, exactly! but i think it is an educational experience and the best thing to read if you are interested in world war II. I think that to say she was brave, as some do, would not be entirely correct, as she did not do anything she did by choice. though i do believe that any Jew around in Hitler's time is to be pitied and somewhat admired. The true brave people would be Miep Gies and co. Also, i think, had she lived, anne frank would definitely have become a best selling author. just think: if she could produce that sort of material at 13, what could she have done as an adult? Also, after reading her diary, i read a book called 'the last seven months of anne frank' which told the story of a few women who, like herself, were in concentration camps. i found it very interesting but unfortunately cannot remember the author's name!! sorry! RIP Anne Frank.
Otto Frank is Anne Franks dad. She calls him Pim. She was also very close to him. He was more of a best friend to her than just a dad
