To deauthorize means to revoke authorization or permission for someone to access or use something. This could apply to software, accounts, or other services where authorization is needed for access. By deauthorizing, the person's access rights are removed.
There is no way you could do that sorry.
Purchases you make from the iTunes Store can be played on up to five computers that you authorize using your iTunes Store account name and password. To authorize or deauthorize a single computer, choose Authorize Computer or Deauthorize Computer from the Store menu. If all five authorizations are being used, you can deauthorize all your computers at one time by choosing View My Account from the Store menu and selecting Deauthorize All.
No, this simply retards your iTunes on that computer from Home Sharing, and other similar features.
yes.
This fall under the yes/no category. You lose the availability to play it back, but the files are still present
You can have a max of 5 authorized computers. all this means is that iTunes only lets you buy and listen to your music on one of these 5 (or less) computers. If you deauthorize it, you will no longer be able to do this, but it frees up another computer to be authorized. to reauthourize it, go to Store-Authoize computer. Enter your accont name and password and your computer will be authorized again.
You have probably reached the authorization limit on your account, and will need to deauthorize some other computers. See the related questions for more info.
Hi! Launch iTunes on the computer you are using. Log into the iTunes store. Once you're logged in, click on your account name in the upper right corner. (You'll probably have to re-enter your password) Once you are looking at your account information, there is a section about the number of computers you have authorised. I don't know if you can de-autho a particular one, but you can de-autho all of them at once. Then go back to re-autho the ones you want to use. It's a bit of a pain to do it that way, but it's the only way I can think of! For what it's worth, I had to do the same thing recently. I didn't lose any of my music or videos!!
First thing you do is save your files to discs. Next, deauthorize you account from your old computer. Then, import your files to your new MacBook. Finally, authorize your account from your new MacBook.
you mean what you mean
First, one has to move his or her iTunes files onto another PC by emailing them, putting them on a USB stick, or putting them on a portable hard drive. Once the files are on another computer one will need to authorize that computer with the iTunes store account that purchased the original songs. Also, it would be wise to deauthorize the old computer because each account only has a limited number of allowed authorized computers. With the new computer authorized simply import the files and they can be played on the new PC.Alternative solution to transfer iTunes to a new PC using free Tuneswift:http://transfer-itunes-to-new-pc.blogspot.com/
It mean what you don't what does it mean.
