You can have a max of 5 authorized computers. all this means is that iTunes only lets you buy and listen to your music on one of these 5 (or less) computers. If you deauthorize it, you will no longer be able to do this, but it frees up another computer to be authorized. to reauthourize it, go to Store-Authoize computer. Enter your accont name and password and your computer will be authorized again.
You have probably reached the authorization limit on your account, and will need to deauthorize some other computers. See the related questions for more info.
There is. Plug your iPod into your computer and then wait for it to come onto your iTunes. Click on your iPod and then under all the details it should have an update and a restore button. I think this only happens if you have a 4.1 version of iTunes though.
There's no point of pre-ordering because heres what happens when you do: 1. iTunes takes the money from however much its costs 2. You don't get the album right away, you still have to wait for the release date and when you open itunes on or after the release date, you get the album I don't see the point in doing it because no matter what, your still waiting and its not like there's a limited number of copies on iTunes so I find it pointless if you don't want the ENTIRE album. So yeah :) Its your choice, but thats pretty much what happens
you tunes? do you mean your tunes or itunes, or your itunes. Well you don't need safari to use itunes. You need itunes to use itunes ;) itunes works best on a MAC computer then a PC.
To use an iTunes Gift Card to pay for your songs click on the Redeem link in the Quick Links box (top right) on the iTunes store home page.
There is no way you could do that sorry.
No, this simply retards your iTunes on that computer from Home Sharing, and other similar features.
Purchases you make from the iTunes Store can be played on up to five computers that you authorize using your iTunes Store account name and password. To authorize or deauthorize a single computer, choose Authorize Computer or Deauthorize Computer from the Store menu. If all five authorizations are being used, you can deauthorize all your computers at one time by choosing View My Account from the Store menu and selecting Deauthorize All.

Hi! Launch iTunes on the computer you are using. Log into the iTunes store. Once you're logged in, click on your account name in the upper right corner. (You'll probably have to re-enter your password) Once you are looking at your account information, there is a section about the number of computers you have authorised. I don't know if you can de-autho a particular one, but you can de-autho all of them at once. Then go back to re-autho the ones you want to use. It's a bit of a pain to do it that way, but it's the only way I can think of! For what it's worth, I had to do the same thing recently. I didn't lose any of my music or videos!!
First thing you do is save your files to discs. Next, deauthorize you account from your old computer. Then, import your files to your new MacBook. Finally, authorize your account from your new MacBook.
The song gets imported to iTunes
To deauthorize means to revoke authorization or permission for someone to access or use something. This could apply to software, accounts, or other services where authorization is needed for access. By deauthorizing, the person's access rights are removed.
nothing will happen. iall my songs on itunes are illegally downloaded and nothing happens. itunes are such a rip. $1.69 for a song, i dont think so.
Nothing happens. Both can coexist with the same iTunes account with no harm done.
Updating iTunes only updates the iTunes software it will not touch your music library.
