Itunes will not import songs in Windows Media (.wma) format.
yes you can right click on the song and click open with then open with itunes

That will depend upon the program you are using. In iTunes, you can select any graphic as custom cover art. Copy the picture to the clipboard, Right click the song in iTunes, choose Get Info, and then with the Artwork tab selected, you can paste the graphic on to the song.
