I am not sure what you are asking with this question. Import your picture first, then use the title editor to add the title to the picture.
Find a song or sounds that you like and save them somewhere. Then import them into whatever program you are using, click and drag into your timeline.

In garageband you need to export it under the file tab as an iTunes file. After you have converted it into a mp3, you can then import in iMovie by going to file and pressing import and go the the music folder, then the iTunes song folder, and finally your designated song

You need to already have music on your computer. The go to File/Import into collections/then navigate to your chosen song & select it. Movie maker then imports the chosen song. You then drop it on to the bottom timeline.
File>Import then find your picture, but be sure that it says, jpg, instead of sketchup files.

Itunes will not import songs in Windows Media (.wma) format.

Import image into iPhoto, and music into iTunes. Create new movie. Insert picture into movie. Insert song into movie.
To get a picture into Windows Movie Maker, click on the Import Media button on the top menu. Locate the picture you want to use and click Import. The picture will appear in the Imported Media pane in Windows Movie Maker. Click and drag it into the Storyboard or Time-line view for editing.
