Miep Gies annd
Jan gies,
No. Miep Gies died in February of 2010, at the age of 100.
Miep Gies was the woman who helped hide Anne Frank and her family during the Holocaust. She worked in the building where the Franks were in hiding and provided them with food, supplies, and emotional support. Her bravery and selflessness saved Anne's diary, which later became a powerful account of the Holocaust.
The lady that was hiding the families in that office saved it for Anne, but when she found out she was dead she gave it to her father.

Prior to going into hiding, Anne was very fashionable, and prided her self on having the latest styles. Early passages in the diary even show a jealous streak about a girl who's clothes were more beautiful than Anne's. The Franks took all the clothes they could carry into hiding, and made do with them, which was most difficult for Anne because she was still rapidly growing.
They found her journal in the office under the "Secret Annexe", where the Van Daans, Franks, and a dentist named Dussel were in hiding. After Mr. Frank was freed from the men's concentration camp, he learned that his wife and two daughters(one was Anne) were dead. He and Miep, a lady who had helped the Franks hide, went back to the office to look for possesions. There, they found her diary.

This lady helped them with the shopping her name was Miep and also he workers (Johannes Kleiman, Victor Kugler, and Bep Voskuijl) at Otto Franks business helped them too they were called the "helpers" to help them with food, supplies, and company for the secret annex.
anne thought hiding was a waist of time and she wanted to go outside and see her friends she hated her mother like she wrote a load of nasty and horrible things in her diary about her mother because her mother wanted her to be a sensible lady.
Anne Frank's diary was found after the end of World War II by Miep Gies, one of the people who had helped hide the Frank family in their attic during the Nazi occupation of the Netherlands. Miep Gies collected Anne's diary pages and kept them safe, hoping to one day return it to her.
Anne Boleyn's ladies in waiting where actually well her greatest downfall. Lady Rochford her brothers wife (who also helped give information to Cromwell against her and her brother George that lead to their executions it's rumored) and Lady Jane Seymour who would be her successor. It has been speculated that she quietly helped in the downfall of Anne because she was engaged to King Henry the day after Anne's execution but regardless she is often portrayed as quiet, plain and meek. The others as not as well known. I believe Henry had an affair with Lady Sommerset who was a lady in waiting as well but I could be wrong on the name.
