Wealthy Victorian gentleman Phileas Fogg makes a bet with the members of the Reform Club he attends that he can go around the world in 80 days. Accompanied by his new manservant Passepartout the two experience a multitude of adventures including riding elephants through the Indian jungle, saving a young woman name Aouda's life, using a slege to travel quickly to New York and a crazy attack by the Sioux tribe on a train from San Francisco. All the while they are being pursued by Chief Inspector Fix who mistakenly believes that Phileas Fogg is behind a theft that took place at the Bank Of England. It's a really great book and it has everything like comedy, adventure, romance. Definitely check it out.
