The protagonist of Eragon is Eragon. One might also say his dragon, Sapphira, for she thinks on a level equal to or above that of a human.
There is no one protagonist in my opinion, the books are mostly about the bond that Eragon and Sapphira get togeter. Some say one, some say the other, but neither would be able to function if the other died, i am certain of it.
The main protagonist is Eragon Shadeslayer. Other side protagonists would be saphira, Arya, and Roran.
The main protagonists throughout Eragon are Ergaon, Saphira, Brom and Murtagh. In the later books other protagonists appear, and Murtagh becomes an antagonist.
The five main characters in the "Eragon" series are Eragon (the protagonist), Saphira (his dragon), Brom (his mentor), Murtagh (his ally and friend), and Arya (an elf princess). Their relationships and interactions drive much of the plot in the series.
"Eragon" is written in the third-person limited point of view, following the perspective of the main character, Eragon. The narrative describes events the protagonist experiences, conveying his thoughts, feelings, and actions to the reader.
Brisingr, the third book in the Inheritance Cycle by Christopher Paolini, sees the protagonist, Eragon, continue his quest to defeat the ruthless king, Galbatorix. The resolution involves a final battle between Eragon and Galbatorix, during which Eragon discovers a way to defeat the king using his true name and the Eldunarí. After a fierce confrontation, Eragon emerges victorious, bringing an end to Galbatorix's tyrannical rule.
In the Inheritance Cycle series by Christopher Paolini, the book Eragon comes first, followed by Eldest. Eragon is the first book in the series, introducing the protagonist Eragon and his dragon Saphira, while Eldest continues their adventures and expands on the story.
If you are talking about Eragon's dragons name it is Saphira. If you are just talking about the dragons in the series it is Thorn, Gladier and I dont quite remember Galbatorix's dragon's name.
Eragon
Nobody plays Galbatorix in the books. It is a book. The character in the books is the main protagonist; the evil king that had taken the throne by force at the fall of the Riders.
Yes, Eragon as a character and as a series is good. He is the protagonist of the book series, along with Saphira, who are the two primary characters. The series as a whole is a great read. Everyone who reads Paolini's work seems to be pleased. There are currently four books, though the fourth is still under work.
Ed Speleers played Eragon in the movie.
In Eragon the dragon is called Saphira and her rider is Eragon
