The antifreeze capacity for a 1982 Honda GL1100 Gold Wing is approximately 3.5 quarts (or about 3.3 liters) when including the entire cooling system. It's important to use a 50/50 mix of antifreeze and water for optimal performance. Always consult the owner's manual for specific maintenance guidelines and recommendations.

3 1/2 quarts. There is a sight glass on the lower right side that shows the oil fullness.
If you look at the diff. you will see a drain plug and a re-fill plug. Check with your local dealer for the right oil.
Start with 3.2 Liters ( 3.4 US quarts ) then check the window. With the bike on the center stand, oil in, start the engine, have someone turn it off while you look in the window with a flashlite, as the engine is shut down you will see the oil move around and settle. That's the best way for these models.

To check the antifreeze level on a 1982 Goldwing GL 1100, first ensure the engine is cool for safety. Locate the coolant reservoir, which is typically on the right side of the bike. Open the cap and visually inspect the coolant level; it should be between the "full" and "low" marks. If necessary, add a 50/50 mixture of antifreeze and distilled water to reach the appropriate level.
