I had that problem too. Had to set the right wiper really low and the left one kinda high. You just have to play around with them til you get them in the right place. Move them, tighten them up some so that they don't fly off, then turn on your wipers, but be prepared to stop them quickly in case if the wipers are set wrong cuz than they will go off the sides. Hopes that helps.

Did this start happening all of the sudden with you not changing anything? If so, then they probably moved on the the spindles and will have to be adjusted. Have they always done this? Check to see if you have the correct size wipers installed. See the Sources and Related links section below for 2002 Chevrolet Venture wiper blade size information.

Windshield replacement is generally included in comprehensive coverage, which provides for repairs to a vehicle that has been damaged in ways other than a collision. This might include a tree falling on the car, hitting a deer or a rock or other projectile damaging the windshield. If you do have comprehensive coverage, refer to the policy for details regarding the deductible, which may apply. www.insurance.com
Chevrolet Camaro stopped using back windshield vents in order to reduce manufacturing costs of the newer model of cars. They had no significant function other than aesthetic.
To remove the windshield from a Chevy Celebrity: To remove the windshield you will need a special knife to cut thru the "glue' that holds the windshield in place. Remove the weather strip that is around the outside of the window. Take off the windshield wiper arms. Remove the screws and take off the air inlet panel at the base of the windshield. Slide the knife between the glass and the metal frame and cut the "glue" loose around the perimeter of the windshield. Once the "glue" is cut free the windshield should easily be removed. If the windshield is not already broken you stand a good chance of breaking it trying to remove it. I have seen the special knife available for sale at Harbor Freight, I would think there are other stores which also carry it.
Start with checking the bulbs andthe fuse.
Most likely other GM cars with a similar body style, like a Chevy Impala or an Oldsmobile Cutlass.
