No. The torque converter does not have a drain.

It is inside the torque converter.
The torque converter solenoid is inside the transmission on the valve body.
Tcc, torque converter clutch. It is inside the torque converter, which is the connection between the engine and transmission.
Automatic, yes. Manual, no.
The catalytic converter is in the exhaust next to the side of the trans, the torque converter, if automatic, is inside the bell housing.

The engine computer.
It will "bolt up", but there is an issue with the torque converter. You will need to either have a standard torque converter machined/welded, or you will need to find the special torque converter that came on a 151/TH350 setup from the factory. I do not know if one actually exists, but I am looking.
It is the part that connects the engine to the trans and transmits the power. It is between there.
just unplug it...n dont go over 55 while driving.
