You have 2 options. You can either get a slim Jim or you can get a brick.
Another option might be to use the key in the doorlock just underneath the door handle. This approach does not require any power. It's also what we did before the invention of the remote doorlock control ;)
Get under the car and make enough room to get at the cable where it attaches to the latch it can be opened if you can get in front where the cable goes into the katch. Another option is to cut the cable once again from underneath the car and pulling the wire inside the casing with a set of pliers.
