the power suppy diode are probably shorted.
A short somewhere in the wiring, an incorrectly installed bulb, damaged horn ring assembly, etc.
Sounds like you have a wire grounded out somewhere in the wiring, possibly going to the switch.
The compressor is coming on because you have the heater set to defrost. Take it off defrost and the compressor will not come on. I would suspect the compressor is locked up.
turn down the gain or the bass
Reset the fuses to turn back on the power.
some emc squash the wiring harness and end up breaking wires which earth out on the body and cause shorting out which causes the blowing of fuses

it depends on what you drive if its some kind of car under neath the hood on the right side with a box covering it or look below the steering wheel above the collom
You have a short somewhere in the taillight or signal system. Track the wiring down under the vehicle where most shorts are caused. It also may be in the taillight casing as well.
Either a dead short or overload in circuit? Remove all bulbs turn on sigenal switch and replace one bulb at a time until fuse blows then check that socket for short to ground
take the flashlight from G and go down into the boiler room. look for the fuse box and just keep playing with the fuses and buttons until they're all green and the power is on.
You have a short in the wiring or at one of the bulb assemblies.
