Well first of all you have to get the achievement "A Dish Better Served Cold" from gears of war. Once you have the Achievement you go into Gears of War 2 and select "multiplayer" in the main menu. Once your in the multiplayer menu press te "start" button on your control and select "Multiplayer Settings". Then all you have to do is select the character you want next to where it says "Preferred Locust".
