NO Just like with oil 1st of all once you go synthetic you cant go back or you can damage your engine if you have synthetic oil or damage tranny in this situation and do not mix it please would you want to mix old salsa with tasty bigmac ? No ! LoL drain the Transmission Fluid not hard just unscrew on bottom drain it all out, replace the plug and put nice new synthetic fluid in it. Your car will love you.
