Yes it could but most likely your arm is bent or the spring in the arm has failed. See sources and related links below for wiper blade information.
No it doesn't
My name is Daren for most I can do it between 150 and 220 AZ 6022755066. In other areas you can get online replacement windshield quotes through Google. Just type in 'windshield price' or 'windshield quote' and normally you can get a specific price for your car model and area you live in
Look against the firewall at the center area
its against the firewall under the windshield fluid reservoir
The piece across the Silverado below the windshield is called the cowling. It covers the wiper arms and is usually painted the same as the vehicle.
Same thing that happens to a bug against your windshield.
Dryness will cause the wipers to vibrate or jitter against the glass. If there is not enough moisture on the windshield (for example, a light sprinkle of rain) the wipers may move with a jerky motion. Also, the wipers could be very old, and the wiping rubber/vinyl could have lost some of its softness and flexibility. If you mean vibration when they are not active, the wind against the windshield could cause them to flutter if they are not properly seated. A clean windshield and new wiper blades will usually cure the vibration.
It is on the right-hand side and is only accessible from the engine bay. You have to remove the plastic cover against the windshield and remove the metal windshield wiper assembly. It is not difficult. Ultrartwing
YES. Most passenger side airbags blow up against the windshield and then back to the passenger If the installation of the windshield is not done correctly with proper primers ( one for glass and one for the body) and proper urethane adhesive for the vehicle and the proper amount of urethane. Just like any thing else there is a rite way and a wrong way to do every thing. Some auto glass installers don't know that they are not following the proper procedures and some just don't care it's all about saving money and doing the job cheaper so they can make more money at your expense. Now with all that said. If a windshield is installed properly and the urethane has dried then NO. it will do it's job
Advise against it if your head enjoys being attached to your body
Well -- I found out that the heater blower is located under the hood against the firewall right above the windshield washer fluid container. You will need to remove the panel in front of it, then remove the blower and shroud, and R & R. The blower replacement was fairly inexpensive -- MUCH less at NAPA than at a dealer.
