You can, so long as you monitor your coolant level. You'd be best advised to have the leak repaired ASAP.

There is not really a way to tell you how antifreeze got on the Honda Civic ex. You will have to be more specific on where you found it on the back the car. Have the cooling system pressure tested. That may make the leak more obvious.
Got a leak somewhere alos check that your radiator cap rubber/seal is not worn out, fluids can be lost from their too.

Sounds like you got a leak somewhere - get your car up on a lift and check as much as the fuel line as you can see.
