yes, you can replace with a sway bar from 84-92 mkvii, however if you want a more firmer ride, rplace it with a sway bar from an 88 tbird turbo coupe or a sway bar from an 84-88 tbird or cougar with a factory v8. thoes bars are thicker and give a better handling response.
replace all 8 bushings of the control arms both upper and lower (known as either stabilizer bar or trailing bar)
I wouldn't ever install coil springs on a Mark VII,you wouldn't be happy with it. First off the kit is very poor quality and the springs are very inadequate. I Have removed many coil spring kits because either the spring has shifted and bent the original air spring mount or the spring itself has just collapsed. The springs are also noisy and don't ride anywhere near as nice as airsprings. You can replace the sway bar bushings with polyurethane and put adjustable shocks and larger sway bar on car that will improve your handling without ruining the ride quality or the integrity of the excellant air suspension system . Hope this helps Mark VII Heaven I agree with MarkVII. you will not be happy with the ride. my suggestion is to use 17" wheels with 245-45 17 tires (factory mustang width) and dropping the suspention about one inch then using an 88 tbird turbo coupe or and 88 with a v8 equipped front anti-sway bar. there is not much you can do with the rear bar but the increased tire width will help.
To replace a towel bar in a bathroom, first remove the old bar by unscrewing it from the wall. Then, measure and mark the placement for the new bar. Drill holes for the new bar's mounting brackets, insert wall anchors if needed, and attach the brackets. Finally, attach the new towel bar to the brackets and tighten the screws.
No, a stop bar and a whammy bar are two different things therefore you cannot replace a stop bar with a whammy bar. It woluld make the sound a whole different tune.
You didn't mention front or rear, the rear is much easier, the front one is one pain.
your lower control arm bushings need replacing. replace the sway bar links when you do the control arms
This depends on upper or lower ball joints. If you need to replace the upper ball joints, you must replace the upper control arm. For the lowers, you will need a ball joint press, and some snap ring pliers. Be careful with the spring when taking the spindle apart from the control arms. (spring type suspension) Have to unload the torsion bar (Torsion Bar suspension) You will need a special tool to do this

Do you mean Stabilizer Bar?
To replace a sway bar link in a Chevy Tracker, start by safely lifting the vehicle and securing it on jack stands. Remove the wheel to access the sway bar link, then use a wrench to loosen and remove the nuts securing the link to the sway bar and the lower control arm. Replace the old sway bar link with a new one, ensuring it is properly aligned, and tighten the nuts securely. Finally, reattach the wheel, lower the vehicle, and check for proper installation before driving.
On the drivers door pillar there arenumbers aswell as a a bar code. directly under the barcode what are the numbers and or digits? I do not see a color reffered to as Garnet Red.
It is simply: (VII) which means 1,000*7 = 7,000 5000=V with horizontal bar above it 2000=MM Therefore 7000=VMM
