I could be incorrect: Look at the wiper arm from the bottom, you will see a small tab, if you pull the wiper away from the window, and then pull the tab to the bottom, you will lock the wiper away from the glass. if you bull the tab all the way out you will then be able to pull the wiper arm off from the pivot point. The hose is attached to the wiper arm by a clip, you can simply unclip it if this is a temporary thing, for long term removal, I am not sure as I have never had the desire.
