it just pulls up off of the splines on the motor stud, you can buy a wiper arm removal tool to make it easier to get off.
To remove the wiper arm on a 1993 Dodge Dynasty, first, lift the wiper arm away from the windshield to access the base. Use a small socket or wrench to remove the nut securing the wiper arm to the pivot shaft. Once the nut is removed, gently wiggle the wiper arm back and forth while pulling it upwards to detach it from the shaft. Be cautious not to damage the windshield during this process.
At the base of the wiper arm is a small "pin" sticking out. Pull this pin outward to release the entire wiper arm. Reinstall by pushing the pin in.
Remove the windshield wiper arm from the windshield wiper motor. Remove the wiring harness. Remove the retaining nut. Reverse the process to install the new windshield wiper motor.
Any other similar-vintage Mopar B-body (Dodge Coronet, Plymouth Satellite) should work.
remove the caps at the end of the wiper arms. Unscrew the nut holding down the arm and it should come off.
Lift cap on the end of the windshield wiper arm where it connects to the wiper motor assembly. Under the cap you will see a nut. Remove the nut with a 15mm socket. Wiggle the wiper arm back and forth until it comes off.
Remove plastic cap. Remove nut. Pry up wiper arm.....
Remove the wiper arm retaining clip. The retaining clip will be just below the wiper arm connection. Hold the retaining clip in and the wiper arm will come off.
A wiper arm on a 2001 Honda Civic is screwed on. To remove it unscrew the mounting hardware and take off the wiper arm.

It is either bolted on under the end cover or pull up on wiper arm and insert a small screw driver in the hole at the lever part near the base of the wiper arm. This will hold it up and then you just jiggle it up and off.
