Yes, they do.
Rubber being removed from the tire due to friction.
ABC brakes will leave skid marks during icy road conditions because of its slippery nature. ABS keeps brakes from locking up but does not prevent tires from sliding on ice.
No... Unlike you boys we know how to whipe...
When the brakes are hit very hard over a short distance, the wheels of the vehicles stop but there is still momentum in the vehicle. Due to this there are skid marks on the surface it is travelling. This is called as skid in tyres.

Skid steer tires can be found in many places, but like everything else 'cheap' is a matter of opinion. Skid steer tires are available at specialty stores, as well as amazon.com. Perhaps the cheapest would be available on ebay.com.
Yes... a vehicle with abs brakes will leave skid marks. Unfortunately they are not what you are used to seeing. They will appear faint and gaped (like a stone skipping across the water), the best way to view them are from a distance and close to the ground. Another way is to use polarized lens on a camera to take pictures. Abs skid marks will only last a day or tow on a lightly travelled road. Hope this answers your question. Hemmroids can definitely cause skid marks. Clean thoroughly with water and relieve yourself at the slighitest urge or have them removed.
