The timing chain does not have a service interval. It only needs replaced if there is a failure.
It attaches to the timing chain cover on the front(pass side) of the engine. It is the three wire sensor above the serpentine belts.
2.4L - belt 3.3L and 3.8L - chain
If the timing chain is off, you will probably have bent valves.
