Yes

A large black plastic thingy on the right hand side of the air filter as you look in under the bonnet. It holds almost half-a-litre of fuel. The two fuel pipes fitted to it have easy-release connectors - just squeeze the plastic lugs and they pull off. The front pipe is the inlet. Fuel goes into the centre of the top of the filter unit and drops into a column inside the paper filter element, then percolates through the paper to the walls of the unit, then passes over the fuel heater to exit from the pipe at the back of the unit. A wiring plug for the fuel heater is connected to the back of the filter unit, underneath it. A bleed screw at the bottom of the filter, on the right-hand side, is simply to drain any water, which will sink to the bottom of the filter bowl.

In the Ford Fiesta 1.5 TDCi diesel, the air filter is typically located in the engine compartment. How do you bleed Ford Fiesta 14 TDCi diesel fuel filter?

To bleed the fuel filter on a Ford Fiesta 1.4 TDCi diesel, first, ensure the engine is off and the vehicle is secure. Remove the fuel filter and replace it with a new one, ensuring it is primed with clean diesel fuel before installation. After reinstalling the filter, turn the ignition to the "on" position without starting the engine to allow the fuel pump to prime the system; this may take a few seconds. Finally, check for any air bubbles in the fuel lines or leaks before starting the engine.

What oil filter do you need for a Ford Fiesta diesel?

On the Diesel Fiesta you need the 5W-30 Ford Motorcraft oil, or any other good brand of fully synthetic motor oil with the 5W-30 specs. You need the correct filter for your model of diesel engine Fiesta. The old 1.8 straight diesel used a metal cannister filter, whilst the later Tdci Duratorq engines have a paper element filter in a plastic housing (looks like a bomb or a fat plastic bottle with a hexagon cap) on the side of the engine block.
