To determine if your truck has an EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) valve, you would need to check the specifications for the specific make and model associated with the VIN 3D7KR19D57G745624. Generally, many diesel trucks, particularly those made in the mid-2000s and later, do come equipped with an EGR valve to comply with emissions regulations. You can also refer to the owner's manual or consult with a dealership for definitive information.
The EGR Valve is located on the intake manifold.

I've been researching this as well, and have found others saying that some of these trucks aren't equiped with an EGR system. A truck without the egr will have a capped off spot right next to the Idle Air Control valve on the top-drivers side of the intake manifold. The EGR valve goes in this capped hole. My truck has the capped hole and no EGR.
Front passenger side of the engine.
screwed into back of intake, behind carb.
The EGR valve is located at the front of the h22a4 engine. The EGR valve is right beside of the front of the EGR valve.
I Called the Mazda dealer today and talked with the Mazda Tech and asked him the location of the EGR valve on the 1992 Mazda b2600i. According to the tech only the California models have an EGR valve, I would think that any state with similar laws about vehicle emmisions would require the egr valve also. My truck is from Montana and it doesn't have an egr valve which explaines why I havent been able to find it.
I have the same problem with my truck, It notorious... You have a stuck EGR valve.. Replace the EGR valve and it should work fine.
EGR (Exhaust Gas Recirculation) look for it to be attached to the exhaust manifold or a pipe from the exhaust manifold
