You have loose wiring or a loose ground. Can also be the battery cables are corroded.
In order to disable the alarm system on a 2005 Honda Accord, you can either disconnect the battery, or remove the alarm module all together inside the car.

To disable an alarm on a Honda Civic locate the brain of the system. The brain controls the alarm. Unplug the brain from the wire harness.

A Honda Civic Type R alarm system will not be located under the hood of the vehicle. The brain is hidden inside the cabin of the car underneath the dashboard.

Check in the under-hood fuse box. I think you'll find a 7.5 amp fuse labeled for the dome and trunk lights along with the alarm. If that isn't it, just scan the labeling inside the fuse box lids (under hood and under the dash) for the alarm. While you're at it, check all of your lighting. If there's something wrong with any of the lights connected to the alarm (inside and outside) it might (and 'might' is definitely the operative word here) affect alarm performance. Cheers
