Today it is very uncommon and rarely happens with modern radial tires, but it can still happen if the tire was not built correctly.
It sounds like your belts in your tires may be starting to separate. My mustang started to shake at highway speed. New tires cured it. My 05 Pacifica still rolls smooth. No problems so far

Are they new belts or old belts. If the belts are new they may need to be tightned or a belt tensioner may need to be replaced. If all are new and tight there may be a part that is failing and is sliping cause it very hard for the belts to trun it.
ONE OR MORE OF THE TIRES MAY HAVE A SHIFTED STEEL BELT. RUN YOUR HAND ALONG THE TREAD RADIALLY TO SEE IF YOU FEEL HILLS OR VALLEYS (SECTIONS OF UNEVEN TREAD HEIGHT). IT MAY BE TIME FOR AN INSPECTION AND/OR NEW SET OF RUBBER !
If everything was fine prior to the new tires and If the tires were balanced correctly then you have at least 1 defective tire rotate the tires to identify where the culpret is.
Not necessarily. If the car was in alignment prior to getting the new tires, it will be in alignment after the new tires. It isn't a bad idea to check the alignment periodically and it is probably better to check it more frequently than when you get new tires.
